Staffing & Leadership
The ACC employs experienced and dedicated clinicians and behavior technicians that participate in ongoing professional development and education with an intensive focus on evidenced-based treatments for autism. Clinicians, then, are well-prepared and supported, creating high rates of staff retention.
Behavior Technicians
The ACC recruits behavior technicians that are enrolled in, or have completed, an educational program in autism and/or other fields; special education, social work, occupational/speech therapy. Once hired, they are provided intensive 4-week training, including Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) modules.

Behavior Tech – The Behavior Technician is responsible for providing intensive applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
